Baby Dedication
We believe children are a gift from the Lord. To celebrate their birth parents bring children before the church for a dedication ceremony. At that time, the parents promise to raise the child with love and Christian values.
Water Baptism
Water Baptism occurs when an individual wants to publically declare that they are a follower of Christ. This may occur when a child raised in the faith comes to their own decision to be a Christian, or it may occur later in life when someone finds a new relationship with Jesus as their savior. Following Jesus’ example in the Jordan River, an individual is lowered into the water by one of our pastors and raised again symbolizing the death and resurrection of Christ.
Mission Work
We believe that Christ calls us into service for our families, our community, and on a global scale. Missional service opportunities are provided throughout the year including food drives, sunshine baskets for the shut-ins, and mission trips to areas beyond our local community.
We are passionate about sharing God’s love with the community of Aliquippa. We partner with community groups to improve our community.
Children's Ministry
We value children in our church. We offer programs that are both fun and teach biblical values.
Creation Trip
Each summer, Pastor Howard brings a group of church members and friends to Creation, one of the largest Christian Worship festivals in the country. Creation draws some of the top Christian speakers, worship leaders, and rock bands together for a weeklong celebration. We spend the week camping, worshipping, and growing in faith alongside thousands of other Christians from communities near and far. Although not everyone is a fan of sleeping on the ground, we have yet to find someone who refused our s’mores and mountain pies.
